Special orders do require prepayment. Most sales associates at other stores are paid on a commission, and are therefore looking to make any sale. Our sales associates are paid by the hour, and therefore, are more interested in getting you the gear that suits your needs, at a price you can afford.

Professional Repair Shop

We have a full repair shop, and handle repairs from minor adjustments to full overhauls. In most cases, we strive for same day to next day service, but there are occasions that call for longer.  We also offer a FREE estimate, and will be up front about whether or not we can fix your problem. We service instruments from several schools districts, as well as professional players who trust their personal instruments to Award Music.  Unlike most music stores Award Music does NOT charge a "rush fee" for emergency repairs.

Instrument Rentals At Affordable Prices

We offer an affordable rental plan on school band instruments.   These are set up on a month-to-month basis.  As such, people can return the instrument at anytime with absolutely NO TERMINATION PENALTY.  These are also done with 0% interest!  The payments range from $24.
