General Information

All orders ship via UPS Ground or standard USPS mail.

Verified orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped no later than the next business day. We ship orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

Most shipments arrive in 3-8 business days for orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for items to arrive during high volume times of the year (e.g. Back to School, Holidays)

Free Shipping

Award Music offers free shipping on any order over $100 or on any order for school band supplies.

Free Delivery for School Districts

Orders placed by local school districts receive free delivery. Orders for in-stock items will be processed and delivered in 1-3 business days and delivered before 6:00pm.

Currently Award Music delivers to the following districts:
Boles ISD, Caddo Mills ISD, Crandall ISD, Edgewood ISD, Forney ISD, Kaufman ISD, Kemp ISD, Quinlan ISD, Terrell ISD, Wills Point ISD

Shipment Returns

If an order is returned because it couldn’t be received at the listed shipping address, we will accept the return but will not refund the shipping charge.

Please allow 2-6 weeks for items returned for warranty purposes.
